Infrastructure for organizations
MIRANDA FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLC deploys, configures and maintains server infrastructure for organizations under separate service agreements. The organization pays for these services. Its employees use PulseStar free of charge, without purchasing a subscription, access code or separate app license.
QR codes, access codes and access files provide connection configuration and authorization. They are not purchases or activations of paid app features.
The agreement with the organization determines the scope and price of infrastructure services.
Purpose
PulseStar is a client for authorized employees to connect to their organization’s managed infrastructure. A valid administrator-issued profile is required to connect.
Access administration
Available servers, connection validity and limits depend on the supplied profile and the service configuration for the organization. Contact your administrator to obtain or change access. Public availability of the app for download does not provide unrestricted access to the infrastructure.
Protecting your profile
Obtain your profile from your administrator and keep it private. Do not include passwords, keys, access links or QR-code contents in ordinary support correspondence.
Privacy
The organization’s payment for infrastructure services does not make diagnostic reporting mandatory. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
